Being new to Tucson, we selected Net Zero based on the initial visit and ability to explain components of a solar system in a patient, factual, and easy-to-understand manner. The installation crew was punctual and efficient, and explained the plans for the day. Customer service guided and answered our questions regarding post-installation operation. We are very pleased with Net Zero and excited to now have solar power!
