Do not go here if you need health care. Apathetic doesn t even come close to describing the nurses, physicians assistant or doctor I dealt with during my visit. Administration was on the same level when I voiced my concerns.

I will never set foot in this facility again. My dog gets better medical care at his veterinarian hospital than I received at Lutheran. They ran a bunch of a tests and likely generated a huge bill. Only to turn around and tell me they wouldn t figure anything out today and they needed my bed space to make more money. The ER director said the onus was on me to make sure my medical exam wasn t falsified by their staff.

I can t even put into words how disappointed I am in my fellow human beings, especially in a healthcare setting.
