Terrible, F1 had 3 errors in the names and year of birth, when they took a copy of the passport and all the data. Then they returned to general F1 and continued with an error of the previous ones and with a new error in the name of the Sponsor. Request to be corrected and did not respond on time. I have never seen so many mistakes in an F1, when it is such a delicate document that it must be done very carefully. The student agents do not follow a line, one says one thing and another says another, also on one occasion they lied to me saying that the agent was not available and when I went if I was there.
