I had been car shopping for 1 week ready to trade in a Mercedes E350. I was unable to make a deal with Mercedes, Cadillac, Jaguar, or Lincoln. Several friends drove Lexus and recommended that I talk with them. A girlfriend gave me the name of her sales consultant at Lexus who was out. I was referred to Sean McClowry. Sean took a description of what I was looking for and emailed me as soon as a car fitting my description arrived on the lot. I drove over the see the car next morning and bought it same day. It was exactly what I wanted (with exception of interior color, but I can deal with that). Now I am a member of my girlfriends' Lexus club as 4 of us now driving ES 350's. I will expect that the service will also meet the high expectations they have described. Thank you, Sean, for making the process so painless and ending the grueling shopping experience.
