very disappointed. I knitted my first sweater and I asked from them to help me to knit the underarms. They said no we cannot help and they sent a link of youtube to help and that link had nothing to do with the knitting underarms. Very disappointed. If they cannot knit, and help people that need help with knitting, why they even have such a shop? very disappointed. Now my sweater has been destroyed.
