Check your bill and your water meter. They've been estimating my bill rather than actually reading my meter. I can see my meter and therefore how much water I'm actually using. I'm being charged a grossly over estimated amount. I've contacted them several times over the last few months about getting actual meter reads and adjusting my bill to reflect actual usage, but my problem is yet to be resolved. When I ask how to help them get regular meter reads I've gotten no answer. And despite them getting actual reads a few times in September, they still didn't adjust my bill.
