Have a subscription to both the Alarm and Pest Management Service in North Dallas area for the past few years. It is a no-nonsense, value for money service where Smith Thompson respond quickly (2 rings at the most on the phone), arrive on agreed schedules, and price any changes/modifications reasonably. Have also received a couple of callback as part of monitoring service (luckily all false alarms!!!) so it does work
