I was satisfied with the two issues I went to the service department for. However, I left my car in the morning and 5 hrs later it was NOT completed. They had to add a brand new fob and they were full up busy, even though I called ahead for an appointment. I live in Winnemucca and took to complete the work. I had to wait an additional 2hours at the service center, while my employee drove home to Winnemucca. They were professional, but I would have like that they took me more quickly.
