.They will rob u..bt their service is poor..every other day they wud block the water without any prior notice.they will do maintennce chck but wont bother to keep the apartments maintend.we caj rwnt huge houses at the rent we pay gere for a small apartmnt just to have no issues n good seevice but they r a fail
