Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.
You have to do all the leg work by calling tow companies and auto shops yourself to know what paper work needs to be filled out.
IF you get a call back (IF) they won't tell you what's going on, just that they will mail you necessary paperwork. IF they get your VM, you'll only hear. This is ________ from Ancir General, please call me back. Then when you do, NO ANSWER.
They also try very very hard to avoid letting you come to the office and do the paper work to get a check when your car is totalled. All they do is take your money, but when it's time to pay on it... it's a ghost town.
