Stay away from this rip-off company !! Fraud is the order of the day here and probably the standard system of these crooks! We were also charged unnecessary additional costs, the car was not ready and we got a smaller one after around 2 hours of waiting, even though we had reserved an SUV months before (!). The service is extremely bad and the staff are absolutely rude, arrogant and unprofessional! In addition, fees were charged afterwards that were never communicated. Absolute fraud !! NEVER DOLLARS AGAIN !!!!!!
