I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I had a good experience with Florida Peninsula. They were attentive, thorough and polite during my entire claims process. Connie Avila and Sean Clarke were particularly helpful and were transparent about what was covered and what was not. My claim was resolved and closed quickly so that I could move forward with my repairs with peace of mind. Thank you both!
