After 15 years that I coast these hospitals (St Pierre and Cesar de Paepe) I allow myself to give only 1 star in relation to the poor quality of the service that deals with appointments. You complete the form with your request specifying your availability (15 days available with some time slots where you are unavailable) and we give you an appointment just in these time slots. 1 hour on the phone without having someone online. You send an email to move and we give you an appointment at 8:20, while in the days available you specify well between 8h40 and 16h ... An impression that we do not care about you or that we do not read your request. Other request for an appointment for an ultrasound, we answer your request for an appointment 3 weeks later! Meanwhile it has been done elsewhere this ultrasound ... What bad service to the patient!
