Environment One makes the E/One Extreme Grinder Pump which is an OK pump competing with Liberty and Meyers. Unfortunately they set up this total monopoly by having only ONE selected sales and service regional contractor so once you own one, only one single contractor in your region (which could be hours away from your location), can service and support the installation. This is total nonsense and expensive!

So try finding two or even three Contractors who can work on your E/One? Try even buying one in the open market -- you can't it's a total monopoly that Environment One has created! Don't install this unit because you will pay for it afterwards.

I just had a replacement installed by the only support contractor for our region and it Cost $3,100.00. This is bogus and Environment One needs to be called out, or better don't design and install this system, have a Liberty System installed which has better performance, longer warranties, and is overall a better unit with better life time experience.
