We was here lastnite ..checked in midnite..the room was not check before guest in..where is the basic service?
.air conditioning never turn on ...whole night didnt have a good sleep it was so warm .
we called the guest service in the morning to request them send someone to help .she refused and insisted we follow her instructions to adjust the temperature no
Need to turn on anything.. Which I have done . Called 2nd time than they sent ..which nice and friendly .
