The fridge -freezer in my holiday home failed on Saturday......We ordered a replacement in the afternoon. We were given an ETA of between 10am and 12pm on the following day...SUNDAY....and it arrived in Ripon from Leicester at bang on ten o'clock!!

I'm incredibly impressed as the old one was taken away too. Thank you so much for a fantastic service
