I had an issue with my site that required a backup...

I had an issue with my site that required a backup. I was having issues with my backup plugin so I had to request a restore on their end. First off I was going to be charged a $25 fee to do this. Ok, I don't think you should charge for that since we have never asked for it before but ok. Well, the person who handles billing is out on vacation and I can't login to the payment area to pay the invoice. Well, they won't restore the backup to fix our broken site that now doesn't work until we pay this $25 invoice. Crazy. You mean a $25 invoice that will get paid the next day is going to keep you from fixing my broken site today? I felt abandoned and helpless. Not a feeling you want when you need support. Horrible customer service. We will be moving elsewhere this week.
