The waiting room had a hot chocolate machine that smelled sour and hadn't been cleaned in ages, the magazine's were four years old, and there was only coffee (no popcorn or treat) and I was waiting for ages with three little bored kids (no, I will not serve them coffee, thax) while the paperwork went through.
Our sales person was courteous, and helpful. Thus, two stars.
Rethink the zero pressure because, I would like to hear one or two good points to buying a quality car from you.
