My wife and I recently purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Feldmann s and could not have been more pleased with the experience. James Raymond did an exceptional job answering questions and sharing information about features as we considered a number of vehicles. He was very attentive to our needs and did a great job following up with us after our initial visit to insure that we were getting the needed information and asking if he could be of further assistance. Feldmann s facility, staff, and service are far superior to that of any other Twin Cities area dealer. The qualities exhibited by James were equally present with Tom Ogle and Jerry Moore, which we were also fortunate enough to work with. Keep up the great work guys, we will be recommending our friends pay you a visit when they are in the market for a vehicle!
