The left side hinge on the top door of our 7 year ...

The left side hinge on the top door of our 7 year young Maytag double oven just broke. The repair company told us that that hinge is not available anymore. However, the right side hinge is available as are both hinges for the bottom door.

I sent Whirlpool a Facebook message inquiring if they had any suggestions. Their response was "that model is discontinued as are the parts, we certainly understand the frustration".

So, because the left side door hinge for a 7 year young oven door is no longer available we have to purchase a whole new oven!

This is beyond unacceptable. How could I possibly consider purchasing another Whirlpool/Maytag product as a replacement? Unlikely!
