Absolutely pathetic courier company. Stay far away...

Absolutely pathetic courier company. Stay far away. They are very good at delivering your parcels to "the wrong address" who strangely enough are too eager to accept a delivery that does not belong to them. They then take ages to "investigate" their own incompetence while you wait for days. It is ALWAYS a struggle when this company is assigned to deliver parcels from Proaudio in JHB. They are incompetent.
