Came to this hotel to get away from it all, and I think Four Seasons Hotel of Las Vegas was a spectacular choice. What I really like is that this place is a hotel, not a casino, which allows my wife and I to really relax. We visited other hotels/resorts in the area, and while they are all beautiful, the smell of smoke and craziness of casinos really made us feel like we made a smart choice in staying away from those types of places. If we re looking to play some games, sure, we can just drive over.

Front desk was helpful and made us feel welcomed. The bell woman was friendly. The only small complaint I have is about Veranda (restaurant inside Four Seasons) - It was a little disappointing that for the name of the place we were staying, you d expect a little better service quality. For example, when you exchange and put down a new fork and knife for your customer, don t just drop it anywhere... You should take MUCH MORE care and THOUGHTFULLY place the utensils. This includes water glasses. I come from the service industry and own an establishment myself. You d be surprised how sensitive these little things are to truly create a total experience.

Rooms were very nice. We had the 1-bedroom suite with vegas strip view. No complaints here. Nightly turn down service and surprise welcome macaroons - very nice touch. Bathrooms were clean as we had 1 and 1/2 baths. CLEAN SHEETS! I can t say enough about this... Trust me, whenever you re staying at a hotel/resort, check your sheets! My wife and I have had bad experience staying at various hotels... to name a few - Westin Hotel of Jersey City, NJ; Homewood Suites by Hilton of Somerset, NJ; I hope they change this as this is disgusting. ANYWAY, Four Seasons of Las Vegas has done a great job with this. We will definitely return when in Vegas!
