Everytime I have called I always get told that the...

Everytime I have called I always get told that they ll have to talk to their supervisor and call me back (which I never get a callback). They haven t actually tried to assist me. I called again today and talked with Joy, she assisted me and actually helped me with my problem instead of transferring me or telling me she ll call back. Joy was on the phone with me for over an hour helping me with everything. Thank you Joy for actually assisting me not brushing me off like everyone else!
