My wife bumped a limb in the road one night which put a small crack in the front bumper and cracked a fog light on her Sonata. The next day we noticed the heat wasn t working and soon after we had several warning lights come on on the dash, one of which showed the car was running too hot then all of the sudden it would cool down. Not sure if the limb bump was related we took it in to have it looked at. The staff was nice and called later to say they would need to replace the complete bumper, fog light and active air flap system and gave us a price of $2300. We reluctantly went ahead with the repair and when we picked it up almost a week later we discovered on the way home that none of the issues had been fixed, still no heat and car was running hot and giving us warning lights. We returned it the next morning and was told they would check it out but did provide us a loaner car for our troubles. They called a short while later and said it would need a complete new radiator for $900. We picked it up a week later and so far, so good. I give them one star for doing $2300 worth of repairs that didn t repair the problems we brought it in for but raise it to two stars because they had the decentsy to provide us a loaner the second go round.
