The staff was amazing! The best service we have ever had at any hotel world wide. Room was great, wonderful location, check in was a breeze. My wife had foot surgery and while the whole staff went out of their way to try to make her stay as comfortable as possible; Ford, Jesus, and James were over the top. This is our go to hotel when we go to NYC from now on.
