I had an amazing good experience at Dorschel Toyota! I went in to look at a car that got sold minutes before I got there. However I had the pleasure of working with Michael Mulvaney. He was pretty awesome. He gave me all the options that would best suite me and allowed me to make a decision without feeling like I was being rushed. He took the time to work with me whenever I had questions with and "open door" policy that extended to days when he wasn't even working. Mike was recommended to me by a friend and I am please to say that I would recommend working with him to any and everyone. My experience was truly customer service at its best. Honestly when I went to Dorschel Toyota and explained my situation to Mike and told him what I needed, the feedback I got made me feel like I wasn't just another business deal, It made me feel like I actually mattered and that he would do all he can to help me, which he did! Thanks again Mike!
