Ordering with this company was an absolute nightma...

Ordering with this company was an absolute nightmare. I ordered from this company only because the regular place i order from had a clear message on their website that stated they were closed until 11th January. This company did not and said they would deliver in 2-4 days. Based on this i ordered chocolates to be sent to a family member who was extremely sick in hospital. A week later and they still werent sent. When they finally were sent the delivery person refused to deliver to the hospital and instead left a card so that my extremely sick relative could pick up from the post office! What a disgusting thing to do! Do not use this service for someone sick. When i complained they offered a refund...but by this stage my relative had already been in hospital for some time and the future was unsure. The person i complained to was completely disinterested and indifferent. Terrible service all round. If you are in brisbane and need a hospital delivery try 31 degrees....they always deliver.
