Was with A something T who never responded to alarms when we tested the system. said we turned it off too quick. Let it run for 5 minutes once. Found out we were not connected. I stopped the nonsense with them and went to Smith & Thompson and have never had a problem with them. Always get a call back almost immediately. been with them for several years now.
