I dropped my wife's vehicle off just prior to my appointment Thursday morning. The service I received from Ryan was great. The issue is, that 24 hours later, I still did not receive a call that my vehicle was ready. I called them this morning to see if it was ready to be picked up. I gave them my name and the type of vehicle. I was put on hold while the service advisor went to check on my vehicle. When she got back to me, she informed me that they lost the paperwork for my vehicle and it has not been looked at. We followed up with a call with the service manager to see when it would go in to the shop. He said that he was not sure when or even if it would go in today, and if we needed it back, to come pick it up. We mentioned that our appointment was for yesterday and that we insist it take priority over the other appointments that were booked afterwards. All we kept hearing was sorry and that he would call us when or if it gets in.
