Good value, nice golf course view, fair front desk...

Good value, nice golf course view, fair front desk service, average buffet breakfast. Modern room but old aged building, no elevators so it will be a hard journey for old people to lift their luggage to third floor.
There were many overseas tourists during my stay so did expect a busy and noisy period in the morning especially in the restaurant.
