I ordered a pivoting shower cubicle, it came with a folding door. Delivery to street level, so I only noticed it once I got home. I immediately alerted and got the exchange, but when faced with my request to pick up and drop off AL PIANO, I was told no. Obviously, I was not even offered reimbursement for the expenses (tripled!) I incurred to carry the shower stalls up and down the stairs.
Finally, the icing on the cake, the collection of the wrong shower cubicle and the delivery of the new one, were not carried out by the same carrier, but by different carriers, in different time slots, not bookable, so I lost almost a day because I didn't it was known what time they would arrive.
Problem Solving and Customer Loyalty skills, zero.
