First time there, appointment made (engine light on) for Monday 12pm, but dropped off earlier at 8:30am. Service reception and advisor asked me to fill the envelope and put the key inside, I called them few times at in the afternoon, no one knows where is the envelope and my key. I got pissed off and finally got in touch with the service manager Cato around 4pm, then he finally got car my in and check the issue.
