I am first time home buyer and have is 2. Claims 1 plumbing and second ac. Both claims have been denied. Plumbing since I'd to hydro from roof top denied. Second claim ac denied due to do lack of Maintenance from prior ownwrs. Had called 3 other ac companies 2nd they stated this is repair not maintenance. I have left 5 voicemails with owner rob and still havent hot a call back, also sent email direct to him. I would not recommend this company or there service. Awaiting to cancel my policy
