I am so happy that I chose to work with Southwestern Consulting! I am particularly fortunate to have Karla Lewis as my coach. Karla is amazing and all the materials presented by her from Southwestern Consulting has proven to be a great asset to my company.

I have been in business for 30 years and had come to realize that I needed some help with running the company more efficiently. I also needed some accountability in a different fashion which Karla has handled so well! She is firm yet kind and can always back up what ever she is requiring of me. She also practices what she teaches which I appreciate.

Since working with Karla, I have learned to connect and coach each of my team members on a regular basis (each week) with our Personal Conferences. Also, our Weekly Team meetings are more productive than they have ever been as well as structured and fun! I am excited again about my business (sometimes we all need a little boost) after suffering from some stress, pressure and plain burnout. With the systems we now have in place, I m excited to see the continued positive growth and change of Kohne s.
