I have booked the room online as my 18th bday gift...

I have booked the room online as my 18th bday gift to my niece. She was accompanied by her mother and my nephew. Based on their stories, they really enjoyed their stay at your hotel.

They were also surprised that someone knocks on their door and my family jokingly says 'tokhang'. Anyway, they were surprise with the cookies and message written by Mr. Masbad from Guest Services. It was really a sweet gesture.

Thank you also for your quick response and assistance when I sent you an email regarding my online booking. Everything went well when they checked in.
