Our experience was great from start to finish. During our initial conversation, our NativeSons project coordinator, Mark Avara, suggested that if we did the demo ourselves, we could save money. I knew I made the right choice when our contractors were being conscientious about our budget. Mark was always available to answer our desperate questions during the DIY demo. He also was great at explaining the timeline of construction events. I appreciated his prompt responses to calls and/or emails.
Our installers, Rob and Dave, were fantastic. They were professional and polite, but also were so good-natured and pleasant to talk! Each day, Rob explained what they would be working on and then showed me the work at the end of the day. They coordinated times with us that allowed us to paint the room over a weekend before the cabinet installation occurred. They always came when they were scheduled. The level of communication was superb; we always knew what was happening and when. Finally, each day, they left the work area unbelievably clean and neat.
I am having some trouble coming up with adequate superlatives to express how much we appreciated the professionalism and work ethic that were evident in every stage of this renovation project. I love my kitchen-the reality of it exceeded my dream of it, which does not often occur! As I told Rob and Dave, the only thing that would make it more perfect was to include a cook whose skills were worthy of it. Alas, that was not part of our contract.
In closing, I thank all of the team who created such a beautiful kitchen for my family. I commend all of you for the value that is placed on customer satisfaction by providing excellent workmanship combined with consistent communication.
