We (a small loft) switched to Access Management Group over a year ago, and the switch has been life altering! We didn't know how poorly we were being treated by our current management company. Things are getting fixed that were supposed to fixed years ago, and invoices are being questioned to see if services are being performed. In this process we are saving money and preventing future problems from neglect. I have to give a shout out to Matthew Silvas. He has performed above and beyond to get second opinions, bids, and quotes on our elevator and pool, amongst other things.
