I have been cooking corned beef using the same slow cooker, low temperature, recipe for years. The meat always comes out tasty and tender.
Not this year.!
We purchased a Grobbel's point cut corned beef that was 3.09 pounds in weight. We purchased it from our local meat store.
This was the toughest corned beef I ever had. There was plenty of grizzle that was not fat. The taste was fine but the meat was grained and looked it was stuck together by the grizzle. It was chewy and required effort to eat it. The picture shows slices that are not end slices and from the bulk of the meat. Match our picture what Grobbel's picture looks like
Very Disappointed with this product. It ruined St. Patrick's Day 2020.
