Gave this company 5 solid years of work never late never missed a day never received pay raise and they pay there empoyees the same wages as temporary workers so there is no incentives no health insurance if you get injured driving on a Hilo or any machinery your s.o.l. management is totally unprofessional this company complains about hours yet you can pay 10 temp workers the same as your trained employees, no wonder we never got raises and to top off the disrespect this company wasn't even professional enough to tell us we no longer had jobs they care less about our families or how we have to live and with all I've seen in 5 years I'm surprised the company is still going with all the short cuts they take putting peoples health at risk with there products never been treated so bad from a place that claims to be professional all we heard was lie after lie from managment now thanks to this wonderful company 2 shifts of workers are out of jobs and we weren't even given a reason as to why I don't know how you run things in Canada but here in the US its disrespectful and unprofessional and we are fighting back .
