McDonald's Deutschland Review

My avocado beef burger was definitely no longer fresh. The burger bun was sticky and tasted old, the salad was wilted, the meat was dry and the sauce had a slightly rancid taste. Too bad I had hoped for something better at McDonald's Germany.

Had to wait a long time. Were hostile to West Germans

Eating incomplete, cold and overcooked / fried. Sufficient for the necessary hunger.

Standard MC Donalds stop. If you need something to eat fast enough.

It's n mecces. It is always nice and clean but the fries have the consistency of rubber: /

The only McD far and wide, therefore often well filled.

Unfortunately, no competent staff. Received wrong food several times during a visit.

Too long waiting time with the new ordering system to still get a cold hamburger.

We were 2 people and were assigned a place due to Corona. Feels like the worst place in the whole restaurant. Small, round, in the middle of the aisle and when our order came we had difficulty getting everything on the table.
The fries were maximally lukewarm and also slightly seasoned. The BigMac was also rather lukewarm, the BigTasty was good and the forgotten Chicken McNuggets were at least hot when asked.

Plus point: the food (apart from the forgotten nuggets) was ready very quickly.

Very crowded, long lines and screaming children. Absolutely terrible!

Poor service, not all terminals in operation.
This was not the case on the highway.

Why do you drive on the drive and everything is forgotten and at home you always get that with sauces forgotten or the nuggets that is really no longer nice that has happened more often now and the children are really sad

We were there for lunch during the motorcycle vacation. Despite the fact that the pandemic is currently in circulation, hygiene was always taken into account, everything was disinfected cleanly and care was given to mouth protection. The staff will be happy to help and there is ample parking. Which is another advantage that you can refuel for fair money right after the meal next door. We really recommend the restaurant. Happy hunger

Get food twice. Always on the Saturday night shift. Complained after the first time. Not better next time. Food did not meet expectations. You couldn't get anything good for that much money, even though there was very little clientele. Everything was better prepared. Prepared without love.

Technology, technology. Unfortunately, there is a little lack of reference to customers.

Good McDonalds equipped with the latest technology. Even with long queues, I'm quick to get started, as most people do not understand that there are vending machines there.

It was like a check-in, without pissing off customers, the instructors in McDonalds don't learn that the friendliness of the staff, let the customer buy more ...

Coffee no longer tastes good and the food ..... depends on who prepares it.

Basically good ... but unfortunately again incompletely packed bags at the McDrive ... (sometimes the fries and / or fries, sometimes burgers or quite profane the napkins / wet wipes at the McRib) !!!

Mostly friendly staff, waiting times and cleanliness ok - In rush hours there can sometimes be outliers downwards.
