I am very perturbed with The changes they have made since the first of the year. They have switched sides of the building where the main claims offices at they have 16 cubicles of people who are there to, "help those in need" and while their revised method it's still acclimating to the influx in staff and the appointed changes. I was there a roughly a week ago. I spent every bit as long there has any time I've been there before the changes. Very few people got what they came for based on the usual you need to get this form you can bring it back tomorrow, you need to make an appointment with this person. Long story short, of the 10 people I seen sitting at the 16 desks I saw four people getting help. If your stuff is under train give them more experienced let them help at every obstacle. And while I'm very grateful for the assistance I've gotten while I have needed it. Did you know that the food assistance for a single person has been reduced fight over in less than three. Single no dependence receives $114 a month. 2017 when I was in a situation that I needed a single person received $192 a month. Does anybody else see the flaw in this?
