The customer service is appalling. It has been a year since my accident a wagon in the wrong lane on the Coventry highway (left hand lane to turn right) hit into me as I tried to exit the roundabout (3rd exit straight on). They originally stated the wagon needed more room to manoeuvre which would have been fair enough. I then recorded an artic manoeuvring that roundabout correctly in the right hand lane to turn right which is double the size of the wagon that me. When I sent that video to carpenters Susan said this was good and they sent it to the client. A week later she said they are sending a letter to advise intended court proceedings. 3 weeks or so later they said nope no court action he was in the correct lane and it s my fault basically. They actually stated he was in the correct lane the left lane turning right. I have called for a subject access request to get all the files about me they hold. I said as I don t have a cheque book how else could I pay the fee, NO ONE COULD TELL ME not even the management were aware of the process. There s a clear gap in training and to be this seems very wrong to tell me you ll be sending the letter then weeks later tell me no. They are terrible to deal with promise call backs and never do they are a joke.
