My experience was one of the worst ever. The guy at the front door was pretty awesome but the lady at the front desk blame me for not being able to get through on their phone. I called for four working days and nobody answered the phone. On top of that I had my lawyer call and he didn't get an answer until two days later. He only got through the second day because he called in a favour to get someone's personal desk number. After I explained this to the lady at the front desk, I would think that she would apologize and say how can we move forward on helping with your situation. Thank God for this lady by the Name of Evania Grant who helped me out. If it wasn't for her, I think I was going to closed my account with BAF. I was really tired of the back and forth.
