Unfortunately, the outdoor bar staff is not.

I had a package deal with 2 massages and 2 lunches.
Went to outside bar to watch football and eat.
My philly came out with on slice of meat. Which is sad! They took it back.
I ordered something different and got charged for it even though I already had it paid for with package.

Bald, tall, black manager...forgot his name, he was great. He handled the situation the best way he could. But, I dont think I will be back after the problems out by pool and out tiki. The bartender with the weird colored hair was extremely rude. Good luck!

They also allow anyone from the public into the pool area. This is a high class place but anyone can come in without making a purchase? Wish that was different!
