I was scheduled for an oil change and when we arrived I was greeted at my vehicle where you pull in. I had my two kids with and was going to walk over to McDonald's with them, but they insisted on giving us a ride. Chrystal my service advisor told me she would call when the truck was done and we would walk back, but to my surprise she drove the truck over to get us without being asked. This was the best service I have ever received at any dealer. Thanks to Kolar for the great experience!
