Obviously an iconic structure. Be mindful that if you're driving across in the direction of San Francisco, you'll have to pay a toll. There are various ways of paying, but a tollbooth is not one of them. If you're visiting and in a rental car, it may be best to use the company's toll payment service. We passed on that service and learned the hard way that the various ways of paying online didn't seem to apply to our rental. Instead we ended up having to call them to pay the toll.
