Had my wedding banquet on 29 January 2018 plus 2night hotel stay with Island Shangri La, love the overall experience and service quality, the team is extraordinary especially Gloria from Sales team, Oscar and Kay from the banquet team were absolutely fantastic, professional and with a warm personality that ease our stress when it comes to catering a dinner for close families and friends, we hope things to be perfect and warm so that guests can enjoy the night at ease, which the team certainly delivered more than we ever expected.
