I've owned two BMWs so far in life and I can say they have been excellent driving machines as long as they cared for by the best of staff. Maranello BMW has taken care of me time and time again from the quick service to knowledgeable team and great pricing as well as specials. Don Chen is hands down one of the greatest service advisors at the dealership as he is courteous, kind and understanding. No matter how big or small the issue he always tries his absolute best and pulls a solution together. I can call him and count on his expertise to solve any issue I have with my BMW. I trust his opinion so much, that before buying my second BMW my final opinion was his word about various issues I will come across and how honest he is about ensuring I have a great, reliable vehicle. He even went out of his way to fix an issue another dealer said they would have no idea how to solve and literally figured it out within minutes.
