Our experience buying a 2013 CX-5 GT at Maple Mazda started off with a warm, relaxed greeting from Sheldon and continued on a totally positive vibe after meeting general sales manager Ryan. These guys were extremely pleasant, polite and focused on getting us the car we wanted, regardless of how nit-picky we were. After 3 visits to the dealership I feel we got to know them pretty well and look forward to dealing with them in the future. If you want a low-pressure, friendly, jovial team to work with, these guys really fit the bill. Speaking of Bill....hmmmm, what a guy, lol! Handling the financing/business end of things he is super high energy, very friendly, always smiling and a voice you can hear a mile away, (he works hard for his money!)
Overall, Sheldon and Ryan make a great team. They made us feel so welcome, almost like family. They were warm, professional and people to whom we would happily send referrals.
