Called to make this month payment and they said that they had not received last month's payment which I mailed via money order. They did not bother to call and let me know that they had not received it even after I called to tell them that I had mailed it out. Now they will not allow me to make this month's payment or a payment today because they had not received the last month's payment how is that better business practices?
